Research

Kirsty is currently completing a PhD at Birmingham City University where she is researching composing in secondary school education under the supervision of professor Martin Fautley and Janet Hoskyns.

In 2016 Kirsty was the first to be awarded the prestigious Anna Craft Award for Research into Creativity in Education, by the British Education Research Association (BERA).
